History of the Princeton Christian Academy
In 1978, the members of Princeton Bible Church began prayerful discussion regarding the establishment of a Christian school for the spiritual benefit of children around the Bureau County area.

Princeton Christian Academy (PCA) opened its first school year in 1981 with 19 students in kindergarten through third grade. In 1982, fourth and fifth grade were added and sixth grade followed the next year. In faith, Princeton Bible Church broke ground in 1993 for the addition of a new educational wing, gymnasium, new kitchen and offices. With God's grace and the generous support of the local community, PCA opened the new facility the following school year. Seventh and eighth grades were added in the year 2000 along with a new library and computer lab. To accommodate increasing enrollment, a new elementary wing was added in 2003.

In the fall of 2016, PCA celebrated its 35th anniversary and continues to offer a Bible based education to the students in and around the Bureau County area.
